PrimeBet Predict provides statistical analysis of football matches and bet slips you choose to upload. Reports reflect a probabilistic, AI-assisted assessment of publicly available data — they are not guarantees of outcomes, and are not financial, gambling, or professional advice of any kind. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use services related to sports betting analytics. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to bypass rate limits, uploading unlawful content, reverse-engineering the service, or using it to harass or defraud others.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. No guarantee of accuracy

Football statistics, odds, and OCR-extracted data come from third-party providers and automated text recognition, both of which can be incomplete or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any report.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeBet Predict is not liable for any losses arising from decisions made based on reports generated by the platform.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
